গোপনীয়তা নীতি — সরকারি ছুটি
“সরকারি ছুটি” অ্যাপটি বাংলাদেশের সরকারি ছুটির তালিকা ও ক্যালেন্ডার দেখায়। এই নীতিতে বলা আছে অ্যাপটি কোন তথ্য ব্যবহার করে এবং কেন।
আমরা যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না
অ্যাপটিতে কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট বা লগইন নেই। আমরা আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ইমেইল, অবস্থান (লোকেশন), কন্টাক্ট, ছবি বা ফাইল সংগ্রহ করি না এবং আমাদের কোনো সার্ভারে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য পাঠানো হয় না।
ফোনে সংরক্ষিত তথ্য
আপনার সেটিংস (যেমন নোটিফিকেশন চালু/বন্ধ) শুধু আপনার ফোনেই সংরক্ষিত থাকে। অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে এগুলো মুছে যায়।
বিজ্ঞাপন (Google AdMob)
অ্যাপটি বিনামূল্যে রাখতে Google AdMob-এর মাধ্যমে বিজ্ঞাপন দেখানো হয়। বিজ্ঞাপন দেখাতে ও পরিমাপ করতে Google আপনার ডিভাইসের বিজ্ঞাপন আইডি (Advertising ID), আইপি ঠিকানা, ডিভাইস ও অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারে। এই তথ্য Google-এর নিজস্ব নীতি অনুযায়ী ব্যবহৃত হয়:
ব্যক্তিগতকৃত বিজ্ঞাপন বন্ধ করতে বা বিজ্ঞাপন আইডি রিসেট করতে: ফোনের Settings → Google → Ads (বা Privacy → Ads)।
নোটিফিকেশন
আপনি অনুমতি দিলে অ্যাপটি আসন্ন ছুটির রিমাইন্ডার পাঠায়। এগুলো আপনার ফোনেই তৈরি হয়; এর জন্য কোনো তথ্য বাইরে পাঠানো হয় না। ফোনের সেটিংস থেকে যেকোনো সময় নোটিফিকেশন বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
রিভিউ, শেয়ার ও মতামত
“রেটিং দিন” Google Play-এর রিভিউ ব্যবস্থা ব্যবহার করে। “শেয়ার করুন” আপনার ফোনের শেয়ার মেনু খোলে। “মতামত দিন” একটি Google Forms পেজ খোলে; সেখানে আপনি যা লেখেন তা Google-এর নীতি অনুযায়ী সংরক্ষিত হয়।
শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা
অ্যাপটি শিশুদের লক্ষ্য করে তৈরি নয় এবং আমরা জেনেশুনে ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সীদের কোনো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।
নীতির পরিবর্তন
এই নীতি পরিবর্তন হলে এই পেজে হালনাগাদ করা হবে এবং উপরের তারিখ বদলে দেওয়া হবে।

The “সরকারি ছুটি” (Government Holidays) app shows Bangladesh public holidays and a calendar. This policy explains what information the app uses and why.
Information we do not collect
The app has no accounts or login. We do not collect your name, phone number, email, location, contacts, photos or files, and no personal data is sent to our own servers.
Data stored on your device
Your settings (such as notification on/off) are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device’s Advertising ID, IP address, and device and app-usage information. This data is handled under Google’s own policies:
To opt out of personalised ads or reset your Advertising ID, go to Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads) on your phone.
Notifications
If you allow it, the app schedules reminders for upcoming holidays. These are created on your device and no data is sent anywhere for them. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone settings.
Reviews, sharing and feedback
“Rate” uses Google Play’s in-app review. “Share” opens your phone’s share menu. “Feedback” opens a Google Forms page; anything you submit there is handled under Google’s policies.
Children’s privacy
The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the date above revised.
